Color Residences Progresului

Conceptul arhitectural vizeaza crearea unui nou complex rezidential in centrul Bucurestiului, revitalizand astfel o fosta zona industriala. Proiectul implementeaza un plan urbanistic sustenabil, ce vine in intampinarea noilor perspective socio-economice si imobiliare ale zonei, cu accent pe optimizarea standardului de viata al viitorilor locuitori.

Complexul de locuinte este conceput ca un intreg, cuprinzand cladiri rezidentiale si facilitatile aferente: o zona comerciala (P), o gradinita, terenuri de joaca, esplanade si un subsol comun cu locuri de parcare.

Color Residences Progresului

The concept of the design is to create a new residential complex in the core of Bucharest, revitalizing the former industrial area’s plot through the implementation of a sustainable urban intervention, balanced with socioeconomic concerns, with flexibility of the construction possibilities, aiming to raise the living standards of the potential inhabitants and of the entire neighbourhood too.
The complex is conceived as a whole, comprised of residential buildings and the necessary facilities such as commercial area, a kindergarten, playgrounds and green areas, and a common general basement with parking places.
The proposed complex design consists of five residential buildings with eleven floors over ground floor (1S+GF+11), commercial space (GF), a two-story kindergarten (Gf+1+RT) and several playgrounds, and a general basement spanning on all the area of the plot.
